1. No Returns or Exchanges
Since every item is custom-made based on your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size preference, or accidental orders. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order is final.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in our quality. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

3. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the production process has started, we can no longer cancel the order or issue a refund.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in cases of verified damage or loss during transit. Once your return/claim is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
